Terms and conditions

These terms apply to contracts between Du First (owner Hamid Hekmat, Klosterstraße 20, 40211 Düsseldorf; brand “ClipAds”) and businesses. The German version is legally binding; this English summary is for information only.

• Services: as described in the chosen package or individual offer. AI-generated realistic content is labelled per Art. 50 EU AI Act; the client publishes the ads.
• Client duties: provide briefing information and ensure that supplied logos, photos and claims may be used lawfully.
• Payment: prices plus VAT. Starter sprint: payment after delivery. Subscriptions: monthly in advance, cancellable with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
• Revisions: one revision round per package.
• Usage rights: after full payment, a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the videos for your own advertising.
• Liability: unlimited for intent and gross negligence; otherwise limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
• Law and venue: German law; venue Düsseldorf where legally permitted.
