2. Hosting and server logs

This website runs on our own server in Germany. When you visit it, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.

3. Cookieless audience measurement

We count page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Only the requested path, language, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop) and referring domain are stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Request form

If you contact us via the form, we process your details (company, name, email, optionally phone, city, industry, goal, budget, message) to answer your request and prepare an offer. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without an order we delete the data after 24 months at the latest; with an order, statutory retention periods apply.

5. Cookies and ad tracking

We do not set tracking cookies without your consent. If we use ad measurement services (e.g. Meta Pixel) in future, they are only loaded after your explicit consent in the cookie banner (§ 25 TDDDG); you can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Fonts and videos

Fonts and videos are loaded exclusively from our own server. No data is transferred to Google Fonts, YouTube or other third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@dufirst.de.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), PO Box 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf.
